Not in their original headquarters as the Spanish government shut them down there a while ago. Thankfully for them, the laws in the EU vary by country so they can hop around.
What is a hoot is that NWBO is being associated with the Immucura scam by their own "Team AI". Hard to make up the irony of that one.

Immucura's website, as of October 2024, reportedly stated that treatment was offered at its Spanish headquarters and other locations like Gibraltar.
Heal Navigator notes also mentioned in their 2025 review of Immucura Med that an outpatient clinic is available in Spain.
