Just goes to show how little you are paying attention. Many big pharmas have begun axing their early phase research trials because they obviously see something coming that will make whatever they hoped to accomplish obsolete. DCs pick up all the target antigens they are exposed to so trying to develop anything that just works on one or a few is basically pointless if L or Direct get approved. L is on the cusp with good reason to believe it will soon be approved so smart folks are making their moves. You really ought to be more observant and less vociferous unless that somehow affects household income; ). Best wishes.
