#1. I believe he is claiming he knows something about a merger by crunching numbers. Which is pur horse shit.
#2. As you state you can't use Technical Analysis to predict an OTC scam.
(But it can work for flipping if a stock is heavily traded while day trading.Think a 15 minute chart.)
