#47026 RE: Let's See The Profits #47020

Yep, another week of no change in the share structure. Consider that nearly one billion shares has traded here the past four trading sessions. The bulk of those sales were done at $0.0012. Either those who got stranded the last time this had a runup took advantage of the opportunity to bail or the company is still working through the more than 3.6 billion shares that they added to the float since they took control last October. Given that there are an average of 21 business days per month it would take an average of 14 million shares each trading day for a year to move that paper.

Not showing a regular increase in the OS is the benefit of heavily front loading the share structure with leak out provisions for most of the shares issued since last October. It also helps those converting to maximize their return on those shares. Links to the filings and details for the notes with leak out provisions in post# 44680. My favorite is the note written by these Mexedia managers for Boot Capital at the end of November 2024. They handed over 450 million shares to settle only $67K of debt for a conversion price of $0.00015 a share. Being patient and selling per the scheduled leak out provisions while the company promotes weekly has netted those people a small fortune. 😅

Is the company really promoting every week generating some decent volume and not taking advantage of it. 🤔 They were dumb enough to take on the millions of Jacob DiMartino's Raadr Inc. debt rather than choosing a clean shell for the reverse merger. So could be.😃 Either way, the nearly one billion shares traded over the last four trading sessions hasn't resulted in the run you all have been looking forward to.

The new Mexedia managers heavily front loaded the conversions shortly after they took control in October 2024. The notes they wrote had leak out conversions. A few are below. A list of all the notes in the original regulation A filing are linked below. It looks to me like the regulation A offering will wait until these conversions are sold out. Then they will likely split the stock to sell the offering or amend its price.
