Thanks, LocWolf for passing this rather disturbing information along. I guess that we shall soon find out what all of this truly means. After all, this administrative dissolution could be remedied by simply paying the annual registration fee, plus any late payment penalty. What the company decides to do about this will speak volumes as to what our fate with HDVY is. My fingers, our crossed that this is not the end, although I am aware that it very well could be. GLTA!
