I am not sure why some of us received emails last month from our CEO which gave us a glimmer of hope. Perhaps he replied to protect himself and other officers personally from any possible wrong doing. Who knows just odd, why even bother to have sent that email regarding their emails not coming though if the goal was not to become compliant.
