Well, lets cut through the hyperbole and present some facts with links to the filings. Details with links to the filings related to the revenue narrative in post# 46006. This Mexedia holding company, Telvantis, buys and sells Telcom connections. They record the cost connections as top line revenue. They are losing money on the very thin margins which makes little difference because what Mexedia is doing is promoting and selling Raadr Inc shares.

You people who promote never say anything about the millions of dollars in current eligible conversions. They would normally need to split this to make that $1.5 million reg A offering viable. But if people keep taking the bait who knows. As of the 6.7 billion share structure update of last Wednesday all the conversions that I have been talking about for a couple of months including the reg A offering are still intact. Hard to find people who post actual due diligence from the company's own print rather than the promotion to con retail traders. That is really what these boards have become. Platforms from which those deployed by the company can promote their stock.

You people throw around those revenue numbers as if there isn't a cost side to this cash burning operation. If this company had $25 million in net income from $28 million in revenue these people would be living the dream. Even with your dream number you get only $0.003? 🤔 What we had from $28 million revenue for Q1 2025 was a nearly $2 million net loss. This company resells Telcom connections and those aren't free. It is like an old school boiler room operation with a very low margins.

The problem with revenue projections is that they have no perspective relative to cost. The Telvantis CEO put out a April 21st press release claiming $32 million revenue saying of these results "This isn’t hypothetical. This is verified revenue"... Then we get the Q1 filing a month later showing $28 million in revenue and a nearly $2 million net loss. SO even 30 days out he was 20% off and either knew it or should have known it. He even managed to get the word "profit" into the statement. 🙄

Truth behind the buyback narrative in post# 46515 that never gets mentioned in posts like yours. Buyers beware of charlatans parroting the company's promotional material. Read a filing save yourself some grief and not fund this European share selling scheme with your losses. This has been going on for ten months now since the change of control and they STILL do not have all of the issued shares for debt from the Raadr Inc fully diluted to reflect the 6.7 billion share count.

In the buyback press release they state that "...all funds used in the buyback will be derived from operations." Then in the Q1 investors call transcript we see "As we have disclosed prior any buyback is paid from cash generated in the business." The business was cash flow negative for Q1 with a nearly $2 million net loss and the last press release referring to earning confirmed that losses increased with additional revenue. Companies that burn cash don't borrow and buy back shares. That is just good old fashioned stupid.

$RDAR $360M per year ⁉️ No.

📊 Telvantis ($RDAR) – The Market Is Waking up on a $360M Engine
Let’s keep it simple:
• Telvantis (formerly Raadr) is doing ~$30M/month in telecom revenue ? That’s ~$360M/year
• Shares Outstanding: ~6.77B
• Market Cap: ~$8M
• Current PPS: ~$0.0012
That’s a valuation of 0.02x revenue — for a company already operating, filing, and scaling internationally.

I'm glad you posted that, $30M per month? That's not what the filings say at all.
It factually says +$28,072M over 3 months, with a fat $1.9M NET loss for the period.
An actual drop in revenue since the end of 2024'.
As a matter of fact, Bubae just posted the numbers for you - Post #47009
I sure hope Telvantis starts to turn a profit in the very near future or there are a lot of people that are going to have a very large problem on their hands.
Ignoring that Telvantis could have problems themselves. But then again, they're a subsidiary, easy to write off & shutter.

$RDAR - current - July 29th, 2025.
