"Avoiding contact' means nothing. Companies and people can be successfully sued in court without any contact before the suit. Once a lawsuit is filed there IS contact. The only thing that is being "avoided" here is the actual filing of a lawsuit, because Terry is all talk, and will do anything but file a lawsuit.

Cotropia is an Attorney - why would he contact docsetc about any legal action - if you believe that they are effed by docsetc - scratch out a check to him.
