I agree, however the number of drugs to be considered is very small and I suspect bigger companies with an army of lobbyists with sharp elbows will get to the front.

Imagine being short and AVXL is accepted into the FDA's superfast approval program.
I would assume that if AVXL is accepted into the program that it would be an announceable event.
It would be like hitting the short positions with a B-2 payload.
