Fully: Gal on X during one of Laberths J6 trials said that he could barely walk and had a hard time just getting to the bench. So what happens to the NWS case if he quits breathing? I'm thinking that may be part of their plan by waiting.

do you have any thoughts on why the same case has not been brought on behalf of FNMA commons? I thought that would have happened before the ink on the verdict was dry. Or maybe it has been brought and i'm not aware. Or because there is still no payment on the win yet?
