I last dealt with the case almost a year ago. At that time, I wanted to know why it wasn't moving forward. The law firm representing the case wrote at the time that they were waiting for the verdict in a case concerning the same issue. I am no expert here. But I think that the verdict has already been handed down and that it is now a matter of the remedy. So if a juror dies, it no longer affects the 8.0 verdict.
The admin can use the 8.0 for a “SPS repaid” if they want to. The remedy doesn't matter.
