Thanks for your message yesterday, I had to check out early since I had some things to deal with and just now was able to "check in"....yeah, we had various things back in the day to handle busy days and clients calling up every few minutes and that was how we dealt with it! My incorrect call might just be that I used a much shorter time frame to deal with what I assumed was a momentum push UP....I get things wrong but have learned to accept that.
