If blarcamesine is accepted into the pilot program, I think the FDA would not reject it based on the current guidance that require the ADL endpoint. That would be very publicly counterproductive for the agency. They would find a way around it. The trick will be getting into the new program.

I agree that Anavex meets the criteria for the program. Let's hope that the FDA agrees that is is a worthy candidate.
