New is a 15% tariffs levied on EU imports into the US ( aluminum and steel 50%) , Services no change. EU will invest ( buy ) 600 B in US goods ( buy US military equipment, agricultural product) . Most of this was planned anyway. Eu car industry is mostly hit ( and so is the US car industry for imported parts).
So tariff go up from 3-5% in 2024 to 15% from August ( was 25% from April).
