Gary, if NWBO does have an agreement with Merck, I believe the silence on that agreement is because Merck shareholders wouild not have supported a financial agreement of the type that involved Merck spending multi-millions (100 million $?) on construction for another company's product that had not been approved. Read that sentence again. That's because the average shareholder doesn't understand the value of planning ahead of the need! Especially for a disruptive product like DCVAX!! It would have been great for us as shareholders to have such news announced officially, but that wasn't to be.
