Even if LP bent over backwards and wanted to sell the company in pennies, Merck hasn’t been interested after seeing the TLD presentation. Not only Merck, but other big pharma execs ran as fast and far away from LP et al after the May 2022 presentation. The company is a liability and no one is interested in DC platform. Even Roswell Park couldn’t get any buyers so gave away their least interesting asset for peanuts to NWBO, LOL!
