It appears, there is no Eden yet, no partnership with MRK, no Flaskworks yet and quite possible no more Dr. Duffy. Just more problems and more delays.
There definitely is an Advent though, and NWBO shareholders own 0% of that.

No specific mention of Dr. Kevin Duffy is found in the most recent sources as an active employee or executive, and as noted previously, his current status with the company remains unconfirmed. Speculation from a 2020 investor forum suggested he may have returned to Merck

Any real CEO would be doing a massive disservice to their company spending tens of millions on manufacturing for an unproven and unapproved therapy. You can bet the Flaskworks / Eden people are gearing it up for T-Cell and other therapies.

" But if the deal is conditional, pre-commercial, or non-binding until approval, there is no disclosure requirement. "
That will be impossible to think that Merck will start spending 10s of millions if not more than 100M on construction in 2020 on a non binding agreement for a product which has not even yet published results in any peer reviewed journal , let alone applying for any approval in US or anywhere at that time. I just don't see how a corporate board will approve any such project. That is just my opinion , but will be glad to be wrong .
