An IFR can be used by any NHS doc to request payment for any treatment. One does not have to be on that list we know of.

So this has been available under Specials for 8 years now. In those 8 years with IFR and Specials available NWBO has spent about $60M to sell -L under the program for about $10M revenue.

Just like the hype around the German HE, the US RTT, this is just nothing in terms of actually making any profits.

But I realize the last point is something that does not matter to "certain" longs.
