This doesn't necessarily take withdrawal of the application off the table.
For example, clock stop 2 comes up with questions that Anavex feels it can not adequately address. At that point Anavex decides to throw in the towel.
As long as any shares sales have come before the clock stop 2 RFI, Anavex had no reason to think that a withdrawal was a likely outcome so it would be protected.
I never felt that withdrawal was on the table in the first place, but then I thought Rett would be approved, so what do I know.
