Nope, but George's comment alluded to that. The timing, again, was awful. Do I think they are doing the right thing, maybe. In the end, I'm a shareholder and I will lose a small stake for a funding mechanism with poor timing when a funding mechanism already exists. ATM is ATM, so if they were having trouble with volume short term, great. Just comes off as afterhtought, which is disappointing.
