unless you work within the mhra, not sure how you would know if it has already been internally approved. (i'm not suggesting i have any clue)
as an example, if i am in receipt of bids on my lawncare, i may have already selected company X, vs companies Y & Z, but neither X,Y, nor Z have any idea a decision has been made, until i inform company Z of my decision.
with that said, who the heck knows the INTERNAL timing at MHRA to know how long it takes from an INTERNAL decision to become external (public).
