MHRA approvals are published every two weeks . It doesn't matter if NICE has approved or not . There have been drugs which have been approved by MHRA but declined by NICE
And still waiting for a link to MHRA rule that prevents company from updating shareholders about the status

Thank you for your excellent clarification especially concerning the
possibility of a considerable time lapse between internal and external
approvals. Despite the complexity of NWBO's MAA, I do hope that we
will receive a MAA acceptance PR before the end of August.
