However Slave, IMHO this response by NICE could indicate either that:

1. The MAA has been approved but NWBO has not yet completed the
necessary chores that allow it to apply to NICE for reimbursements.

2. The MAA has not yet been approved and therefore interaction with NICE
is not yet possible.

Seems to me that 2 is still much more likely than 1 because had approval
already occurred, we would have already received a pertinent PR from NWBO.

You make the totally biased assumption of “positive internal opinion” with no basis whatsoever.

Everything that follows that unsound assumption is purely conjecture.
