Did you actually read the direct quote I shared from Linda Powers at the 2024 ASM? If that’s not sufficient for you, that’s your call, but the source speaks for itself.

No, it's not sufficient for me.

When someone says "I do not have confirmation of xxxx scenario being true" it does not make me assume xxxx scenario is true, and that person is confirming such. It makes me think we don't know whether that scenario is true or not.

So, when I read the direct quote from Linda Powers stating:

We believe the MHRA is following the 150-day process that they have, but we don’t, we do not have confirmation of that. We don't have a way to be sure of that

No, that is not sufficient for me to assume they are in the 150-day process. It is sufficient for me to assume they don't know if they are in the 150 day process. If that is sufficient for you, you're an idiot.
