Both MTi and OMT are two years... thing is we do not know if either of them are fully audited as per the regulations in Spain and if they are, then bringing them up to speed for the SEC qualifications may not be as difficult as it would be if they were just doing the same as Alternative Filing companies here in the U.S do.
I have no idea how they file but my guess is they are as close to fully audited as possible. Form what I have learned over the years Europe is pretty strict with their companys on being completely above board with their financials
