The good news is, this has nothing to do with DCVax-L or how it is currently manufactured, or how it is planned to be commercialized, so it should not delay the MAA at all.

My take is that there is no good news until stated as such by NWBO. If NWBO wants to make a statement about this legislation and how and where it applies or does not apply to them that is up to them. Lawyers run the show at NWBO so lawyers can explain if they want to. If not, best to assume there might be more time involved regarding the use of Flaskworks commercially as somehow tied into point of care by additional processes being linked. Flaskworks, as it stands right now, is not a point of care operation. Best wishes.
