What does this mean for other companies like NWBO. Will they still need to go through trials for safety?

No. This is asserting manufacturing and selling under Specials (as NWBO has been doing for many years) That requires no safety/efficacy studies.

Of course the others will lose millions doing this, as NBWO has. But it is all about hype to sell stock.
