It's hard for me to read white-on-gray print, but I didn't see any mention of shares. I think they are with Taran's merger partner, our former Australian subsidiary. There's only so far ahead of the Liquidating Trust that Taran can get. And I actually don't think that the bankruptcy judge just gifted Humanigen's converted shares to Taran.
I grant you, though, that it's harder to see that I am right, than it is to see what Taran wrote. But I think both views are right.
