I don't think there are any shares of the subsidiary with Taran. Taran acquired Lenz and Ifab from HGEN. From what I recall of the asset sale, the Australian subsidiary was not part of the asset purchase.
Will be interesting to see how this ultimately plays out. But I think Cameron was able to able to use the bankruptcy to take lenz and ifab at a huge discount. Now Taran has them free & clear of any of HGEN's old liabilities and creditors.
