Ya, his response yesterday, wasn't worth the time it took to read it. He said, "No new notes" and I was thinking, "who said anything about NEW ones", I just Note Holder. I'm honestly not sure how he's totally clear of that judgement. Seems when you get sued, if if you sell off that/those assets, it's still you that is being sued???
