He, Tidmarsh, said in the interview I posted that he wanted to partner with a heavy hitter immediately to get a Phase III trial underway. This was back in 2012. My guess is he presented the idea to the board and they said no. But he obviously still believes in the company - owns 4000 shares. Not a lot compared to many of us long term holders but still worth about $45K.
