Slave1, dr Mulholland has 1 long term patient with the neoadjuvant check point inhibitor, this new trial is to see if this holds true for a larger group - not yet proven. If he is still such a proponent of dcvax why would he not use both the neoadjuvant CI and then combine it with dcvax after surgery

I believe UCLA already tried the neoadjuvant CI treatment - think was published by Tim Cloughesy as primary investigator
