#364157 RE: Poo28 #364145

Poo, do we REALLY have to revisit this?

Here is exactly what the "investor update" stated:

To that end, the Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of a major software client headquartered in Austin Texas.

https://dbmmgroup.com/shareholder-update-february-02-2024/

Immediately, posts started appearing on the DBMM board, cheering the "acquisition" of an actual company! Not as a just as a "client", but as an entire company acquisition!

Then the posts started on WHY exactly you would word the signing of a client as an "acquisition". WHY not just say "Digital Clarity is pleased to announce the signing of a new client headquartered in Austin Texas - a major software company".

It was obvious WHY you did it that way. You WANTED to give the distinct impression that DBMM had "acquired" the COMPANY, not just a "client". As usual, you chose words to give a false impression of events, not what was truly happening. It was yet another effort to stir the DBMM "pot" and cause false hope, where none was deserved.

And the reaction and comments of your shareholders on this board at the time showed very well how the phrase you used was interpreted. It was done intentionally and you very well KNOW it.
