There’s been a lot of noise lately about a “fabricated quote.” So let’s clear this up, with facts and receipts.
Yes, I originally said the quote came from the 2025 10-K. That was incorrect. I used ChatGPT to help locate it, and it paraphrased a real disclosure from another document. I didn’t realize it wasn’t verbatim at the time. That’s on me.
But nothing was fabricated, not the meaning, not the substance, not the disclosure itself.
The statements in question come directly from Northwest Biotherapeutics’ official February 6, 2024 press release, which is still publicly posted on the company’s website.
Here’s what it actually says:
“Advent BioServices will undertake final qualification and validation of the GMP units and use engineering runs with the system to collect data in order to submit an application to regulators to approve the use of the system for production of DCVax-L for patients.”
And:
“The DCVax-L products manufactured through the Flaskworks system are substantially comparable to the DCVax-L products made through the existing manual process.”
That’s validation, comparability, and regulatory submission, in plain, public English.

This board is supposed to be for iHub NWBO investors. But when someone cites an actual company disclosure, they’re attacked. When Danish breaks it down with precision and sources, he gets one post a day. Meanwhile others can post freely and twist the conversation, even after being proven wrong.
This isn’t about accuracy anymore. It’s about controlling what gets seen.
I corrected my sourcing mistake. The quote stands. The disclosure is public. And the double standard is obvious.
