Jerry,
You linked the Q1 2025 10-Q and claimed the quote about “Flaskworks EDEN” doesn’t exist, and used that to accuse me of lying.
Let’s be clear: your own link proves my point.
The 10-Q explicitly states:
“The Flaskworks team and Advent BioServices continued to work with the specialized contractor on the development of the GMP-grade units of the Flaskworks system.”
“The Company expects the Grade C cleanrooms to be important for scale-up, as they will accommodate the ‘closed’ Flaskworks system…”
Those are direct quotes from the document you posted.
As for the quote you’re trying to debunk
“We are working with Flaskworks to prepare comparability testing and validation protocols for submission to the regulators.”
You’re right that this exact phrasing doesn’t appear in the 10-K or ASM transcripts. But that doesn’t make it “fabricated.” It’s a paraphrase, drawn from multiple filings that clearly mention Flaskworks development, GMP adaptation, and regulatory preparation.
Unless you’re prepared to claim NWBO is building GMP-grade automated systems, cleanrooms, and scaling protocols without ever intending to submit them to regulators, the distinction you’re trying to exploit here is meaningless.
I don’t have time to spoon-feed reading comprehension across 300 pages of filings. But if you’re going to call people liars, make sure your own links don’t prove them right.
And if we’re trading accusations, I’ll happily ask why your posts consistently mirror talking points from known biotech shills, including AF. If I’m being accused of fabrication, I get to question your motives too.
