FWIW, in case nobody gets it. The "fully engaged" line is because NICE is likely tired of being strung along by NWBO so asked them WTF is going on here, can we suspend this?
And LP replied "No, we are fully engaged with MHRA on the MAA".
That LP started the NICE process in 2017 is a joke.
And now, per the dream team, stalled on the draft SmPC that they submitted zo MHRA in 2023.
