I get a hint that you are somewhat positive here; you posted earlier about the peer review not being informed of the same detail as what CHMPT people have, so that is good to know, but I'm thinking that Dr. Sabbagh was involved into the minute details of the peer review and most probably discussed many things with them privately...(not sure about this).

This suggests he left out details to this peer review group on some of those details....yeah, that does not make sense to me!
