Agreed. Zero chances of approval in August. In fact, it won’t happen in September either. NWBO has been unable to respond to all the concerns. And all the indications are that MHRA issued RFI since many months. It can be traced back to when LP started introducing the language in their reports - we won’t provide update until a final decision has been made. I think she started introducing this language sometimes in the second half of 2024 or thereabouts. I don’t think it was mentioned in the report they issued a quarter or two after they submitted MAA. Which indicates everything was fine in the first 3-6 months but then they received RFIs which triggered that language to protect their as*, in case of future lawsuits.
