Show us the independent 3rd party that has shown you have a customer satisfaction rate of 99%. I like to give free advice to scamming companies. If you are going to pull a satisfaction number our of your butt, as you did here, don't use 99%, as many people will realize the number is fiction.

Next, no matter what your kitchen has in it, (fresh, frozen, scratch, whatever) doesn't mean this is good investment. There is a lot more to a business than the freshness of food.

Next, if you want any credibility at all here, referring to "3 bad Internet reviews" when the number of reviews posted here greatly exceeds that, makes you look foolish and not trustworthy. Go through the post again and simply count the bad reviews and post the number for us to show you can be honest about SOMETHING. How many bad reviews are in this post?

How in the world can you expect any sane investor to give any weight to "soon there will be a Racks near you" when you currently have only one location and losing about $70,000 a quarter, with about $100k in cash? Soon near me? How about having more than one damn location before you start with this bull? How about at least signing a lease on a 2nd property before running your mouth with this crap? How about telling us where the capital is going to come from to expand a business that isn't profitable even on its only current location?

How about listing your college business education and management experience, and show us your past experience in running expanding businesses that exist in several locations. If it's none then have the decency and honesty to say "none". Remember, you aren't just answering me but instead your response will be viewed by many perspective investors!

When is the increase in authorized shares coming? And no, "we have no current plans" won't cut it. It's coming, as you are 90% through your existing authorization.

If and when you respond to this, I am going to grade your response on how many of my reasonable questions you didn't directly address or completely ignored.
