If we start from the idea that none of us here are naïve, we can agree that what he did is a very bad sign.
It’s exactly this kind of behavior that has caused the OTC market to fade away.
Buying a company and then diluting as the only business model has become all too common — and frankly, exhausting.
As an investor, I currently see it as a 50/50 situation.
I diversify into other companies and try to stay patient, hoping to eventually come across serious people who truly want to build something real.
Personally, I have serious doubts about this CEO.
