You won't admit you're associated with the company while acting as the company's flunky. You realize you're making yourself accountable, right?
People on investment sites do get included into lawsuits. Just ask deerballs on a different penny stock scam board.

Stock bashers rely on fear and uncertainty to achieve their objectives. They often exaggerate negative aspects of a company's performance, highlight potential risks, or even fabricate false information to create doubt among investors. The bashers disguise themselves as legitimate investors or "CRITICS " and try to persuade or panic small investors into selling into the manipulation.
Check the boards for stocks with no potential.
They never have any bashers. Bashers go after the stocks, which are Naked Shorted heavily and have excellent potential for MOA$$. Bashers work to bring the price down to either increase their position at the expense of others or help the Naked Shorts make their bones. That's why the same organized Clowns are on the board 24/7 instead of moving on...

You know if you would just STFU 99.9% of shareholders wouldnt know anything about any bashers, naysayers, or those who 'have it out for Linda or the company'.

You know why? Bacause the only shareholders who know anything regarding what the heck youre talking about, are the 3 or 4 shareholders who even know about IHUB and have read anything on this board!

But you go ahead and say this stuff again and again both shareholders and prospective shareholders are going to take notice and research what you are talking about. Well shareholders dont like negative crap so boom, there you go, youve scared off some current and many more potential shareholders by broadcasting something that they otherwise would never know about.
