Sellers are dropping to rock bottom price to get the volume to unload their stocks. It appears someone steps in to buy a few shares at a higher rate to restore the price to give the facade of it not yet collapsing.
The last two filings have said there is no path forward due to a lack of financing and a need of $600k to continue operations. IMO, it’s over.
