- your "expected MA date" would be a MHRA internal date
- could have been an earlier date in the past
- but the upcoming SI 2025 No. 87 law and MHRA final guidelines for ECA has effective dates anticipated for end of July
- and it is very important to both the UK and for DCVax-L approval to come after this effective date
- then your "delay to submission is requested and agreed" would be totally in line with both parties agreeing to delay

So your statement that it is "proof that NWBO doesn't know when approval of MA will be forthcoming" could be true but self-contradicts itself by the information you are using anyway.
