Feel free to screenshot your original correspondence. Otherwise you are making shit up. Any variation to a MAA would be a material event and require disclosure as it is way outside the norm. The only "variation" dept is meant for already issued authorizations who are asking for a change/expansion or variation in what they are currently doing with their existing authorization.
