If I may, deal may be contingent of approval, which would make sense because without approval, company has very little commercial value. Approval is everything which is why they submitted 1.7 million pages to the MHRA and have remained silent since, IMO

I dont understand why you are asking the question that you answered yourself already.

NWBO isnt preparing for commercialization because, what I heard and I surmise as well, they have a deal with a third party that will do the commercialization for them by licensing or buyout. Probably the former first and later the latter.

Unprepared for approval and commercialization.

Not surprising because they have been lethargic & lying to us for many years. The reason they gave for delaying the UK application submission in mid 2022 was so that they could apply to multiple regulatory agencies in quick succession. We are now at almost 3 years from that BS, still no other application has been filed. Even worse, they don’t provide guidance on other applications anymore. It’s like they never spoke about other application submissions.

Also, they couldn’t even work on preparing and submitting NICE evidence all these years. At the very least they should have submitted the evidence to NICE last year while they were still in wait mode in the first half of last year. That would at least ensure that they receive reimbursement approval soon after MHRA approval.

Just shows what this management team is all about. You cannot expect multi tasking from them. Only excuses, lies, and can kicking is what you can consistently expect from this team.

NWBO is ready for IFRs and self pay patients. The Class C expansion space converted from Class B set aside space indicates all future expansion will be with Flaskworks and that represents the testing space to be converted to production space. The rest might be for dedicated franchising space with Advent oversight or possibly Direct. Best wishes.
