The other companies that either went public or merged with FID typically completed it 1-3 months after, so that’s where my expectation is at.
Earliest October/Nov and hopefully latest January, but after FID and some more contracts this could be sitting pretty price-wise and not have people stressed.
They have to announce the merger and then have 30-60 days of filings and votes, so it won’t be an immediate thing.
The R/S that everyone is freaking out about will likely happen upon closing, but again, after merger announcement is when this goes crazy and in that time between announcing and closing before any share restructure for uplisting is where I expect the money to be made
