Hard to tell. I've not been involved in multi-billion-dollar transactions, but I have seen some interesting agreements in my day.

Moot point re EPA agreed. And it won't take much from the administration to ensure a timely execution.
Still think RM needs to happen sooner than some think. Diversification of risk for banks, mezz debt etc. that will be required.
