40% chance they're waiting on this updated guidance. If that's the case, comments are now due. They will review for 2-4 weeks. Then publish the guidance. Then, imo, hand down a decision in another 2-4 weeks. If this is the case, we're looking at Septemberish.
40% chance the application has major objections and NWBO is just holding onto the application as long as they are legally allowed before withdrawing the app entirely and burying the trial. Which, as proficient as NWBO is at not disseminating news, we may not officially know this is the case for another year.
10% chance NWBO has just, as usual, done a piss poor job with the application. The MHRA has had to hold their hand the entire way, give them trace the number documents suitable for 4 year olds, and as such it has taken absolutely forever for no other reason than NWBO management is a bunch of clowns. Oddly enough, this is best case scenario, as if it's the case a decision could be handed out tomorrow, ya never know.
