I think if the banks are making them wait this long to have all these permits squared, they won’t lend billions without them based on a contingency, since it’s really based on revenues that wouldn’t come to fruition without the permit and may be a different issue for a new admin down the road that won’t give it.
I just don’t see the banks changing their risk appetite now if these different permits at the request of the banks are the cause of the delay all these years.
Either way, moot point because I don’t think the EPA is going to war with Trump or Zeldin on this now.
They’ll just get fired
