Thanks, this is one time I wish I wasn't driving a Lexus electric, range is low, so we'll have to take a few charging stops which can't be comfortable with broken ribs. Normally we'd stop for a meal, drink, or go shopping while charging, but I suspect she'll want to stay in the car, keep the A/C on and wait for sufficient range to go for another couple hours.
This is our first electric trip, when I can trade up I'll definitely go for greater milage. By 2027 there are some cars which should have solid state batteries capable of 900 miles, or more. That should really put an end to the problem.
If NWBO does what I expect, trading will only involve pocket change.
